Some of my thoughts - not that you cared:
Last season ended with ski resort closures, some of us on vacation while the shutdowns started, some had to cancel their pending ski get-aways. We haven't seen much of each other since the pandemic started. I have had high hopes for this winter season, time will tell right? Well, It's November - it has been pretty warm in New Jersey, not a snow flake to be seen. 2 years ago it snowed today in Red Bank, I am still waiting to make my 1st snowfall video. The first snow is always my favorite, I am literally like a kid in a candy store when it snows - I know I am not right in the head. Anyway, The pandemic situation is ongoing, ski resorts are instituting reservation systems so if we can ski/board pre-planning is a must. Some ski areas haven't put out much info at all. There are a lot of unknowns, including what we can and can't do with the club this year. We/I wanted to move the club along but we have to weigh on the side of caution. If you see this and actually read it, be patient, make any suggestions of things you might like to do or see happen with the club, I am open to any and all comments (now that is probably too open ended!). Be smart, be safe and hope that we can see each other on the slopes soon.
This too shall pass.........
